Cascadia Valuation was formed with the intent to meet the needs of the client as efficiently as possible and for a reasonable price. I joined this profession because I have passion for learning new trends and ideas.  My primary goal is to improve my trade skills to assist my client as effectively as possible.

Real estate is by nature a complex and oftentimes unpredictable entity that can be difficult to project or comprehend. My goal is to make real estate trends and nuances transparent as possible to my client. I enjoy my trade, it is legitimately fun for me to solve issues in the appraisal process and come up with a number that best reflects the local and regional trends for a specific type of property. My end goal is to make my client’s job or task easier and to do my best to enlighten them about the complexities of real estate.

I specialize in commercial, industrial, and residential appraisals (including agricultural land and equestrian properties). I prefer to use my own template for single family residential appraisals rather than the URAR (1004) form reports. I work in the South Puget sound, Olympic Peninsula, and Southwest Washington areas. I am equipped to perform both restricted and summary narrative reports. I can also prepare appraisals for estate planning purposes, tax appeals, divorces/separations, and pre-market listings.
